How to Make A Hanging Air Plant Terrarium
An aerium is a terrarium but with air plants. Air plants are super easy to take care of, all you have to do is place them in bright light, and remove the plants from the glass container once per week to mist.
What you’ll need:
- 1 Whirly Hanging Candleholder from CB2 ($3.95)
- a few small air plants
- reindeer moss
- small stick
- small items such as acorns, shells or mini pine cones
- twine or fishing line
1. Place your moss in the container for the bedding.
2. Place the sticks in the back of the container to give some contrast to the air plants you will be putting in next.
3. Start putting in your air plants.
4. Decorate with smaller sticks, acorns, shells etc. Hang up your aerium!
